Key Functions of Sidewalls

- Support for Cleats/Buckets - Reinforces the structure when used with cleats or elevators for steep-angle conveying.
- Belt Tracking - Helps guide the belt, reducing misalignment and improving operational stability.
- Enhanced Load Capacity - Allows higher material volume by creating a "trough" effect when paired with a flat or cleated belt.
- Dust/Contaminant Control - Minimizes material leakage, improving cleanliness and safety in industrial environments.

The sidewalls have different characteristics.
White/blue: non-toxic, antibacterial, FDA food grade,use for food delivery. It could be pure PU without fabric.
Green & Other colors: apply to all which don't need to meet the food grade belts
